Discipline is doing the right thing, even when you don't feel like doing it. I take rest as seriously as I take my work, because discipline that is not sustainable ends in burnout.
Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. It is genuine, pure, and shameless. Living with integrity depends on the other two values because the true way to live must be discovered and chosen consistently.
